Google Maps Review Promotion
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion period 1 October – 31 October 2024.
- Entrants can only enter once.
- To enter the entrant must submit a review for Central City Physiotherapy Clinic via Google Maps during the promotion period.
- The name that they entrant uses to place their review should be the same as the name show in the Central City Physiotherapy Client software to enable Central City Physiotherapy Clinic to contact the winner. If the entrants Google profile shows a different name the client must advise reception on info@ccphysio.co.nz so their entry can be matched with their contact details if they win.
- The prize is a Garmin Forerunner 55 sports watch.
- The prize may vary from the image presented.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash.
- The prize will be drawn at random on 1 November 2024.
- The winner will be contacted using the contact details contained in the Central City Physiotherapy Client software.
- If the client cannot be contacted the winner will be re-drawn on 4 November 2024.
