Established in 1989 on Lambton Quay, Central City Physiotherapy Clinic has provided quality physiotherapy to the Wellington CBD for over 25 years. With quality at its core the practice provides professional sports level advice and treatment to the Wellington public and sports associations alike.

A Wellingtonian, Paul’s career has spanned the globe. From the American and Australian swim teams, professional rugby league to Olympic GB track athletes. He is now excited to be involved with elite athletes throughout NZ.

Helen brings a wealth of experience to the clinic with 8 years as a practicing physiotherapist. She is an avid trail runner with a passion for Wellington’s extensive hill network. To maintain flexibility and balance her running she practices yoga regularly.
